Terms and Conditions

The law of Sweden applies to all purchases made in the shop. In the event of a dispute it will be resolved in the National Board for Consumer Complaints (Allmänna Reklamantionsnämnden) and thereafter in a Swedish court. We observe, in addition to the law, good business practice and are very keem that our customers are satisfied.


Products and Complaints

Products and Product Warranty
All products sold in this shop can be used in Sweden and are consistent with the law of Sweden.

We observe the Consumer Purchases Act and leave 6 months warranty on all products. In the event the manufacturer leave a longer warranty, for example 1 year, this longer warranty applies. The product warranty does not apply in the event of an accident, careless use or failure to comply with maintenance instructions.  

Rights of Regret
In accordance with the law of distance contracts and contracts made outside the business’ premises (Lag om distansavtal och avtal utanför affärslokaler), the consumer has Rights of Regret for 14 days. This right does not apply in all cases, however. See below for a complete list when it is not applicable. When utilising the Rights of Regret, the consumer pays the return freight. The cost for the return freight will correspond with what the consumer paid for the original shipping.

If the product is unused and returned as new, the whole cost of the product is repaid. If the product has been used or shows signs of use, the consumer is repaid a part of the total cost.

When utilising the Rights of Regret, the consumer has 14 days to contact Humlegårdens Ekolager AB after the date of delivery, and then additionally 14 days to send back the product or send a proof of shipping.

We recommend the customer complete this form.

Exchanges
Any exchanges are treated as using the rights of regret. The simplest way to get a product exchanged is for the customer to contact us at logistik@humle.se or 08-403 072 84 and complete this form.

Guarantee
The customer has a right to 3 years guarantee from the date of purchase, if the product is faulty or not as advertised. Within six months from receipt of the goods, the product warranty is in place, and it is up to the seller to prove if the fault existed prior the purchase. After six months, the customer must prove themselves that the defect existed prior to purchase. The customer must inform us about the fault within a reasonable time, about 2 months. The customer is reimbursed for the shipping if the guarantee is approved.

We recommend the customer complete this form.

Transportation Damages
While we make an effort to pack the prodcuts well, transportation damages may still happen. If the product is damaged when delivered, the customer must contact us immediately for rights to the guarantee. Please let us know before the goods are returned.

In the Event of a Return
In order to facilitate the return, please contact us in advance at logistik@humle.se or by phone at 08-403 072 84 (press 9 for English) if the rights of regret or to the guarantee applies, as well as in the event of transportation damages.

Uncollected goods
If the consumer does not collect the goods they ordered and they are sent back to us, a fee of SEK 195 will be imposed to cover the additional handling. If the customer wants to have the goods sent to them again, additional shipping is required (the same as the cost was for the first delivery). If the customer wants to get a refund goods instead, some of the goods (see list below Rights of Regret) as well as shipping fees will be excluded.

Disputes
In the event of a dispute between customer and seller, we recommend turning to the National Board for Consumer Complaints (Allmänna Reklamantionsnämnden). We keep the general guidelines issued by the Swedish Consumer Agency and guarantee to keep the ruling of the National Board for Consumer Complaints in the event of a dispute.

Refunds
The customer will be refunded within 14 days after the purchase has been cancelled, or the guarantee has been approved and we have received the product (or a proof of shipping). If we have not received the product (or a proof of shipping), the refund will be made within 14 days of receiving the product.

Payment and Price

We offer the following payment methods:

Payment Methods (within Sweden)

    • Klarna. Invoice with 14 days of payment. Requires Klarna to approve of the customer and the delivery address. The goods are delivered to the nationally registered address (folkbokföringsadress). Klarna does a credit rating before the purchase is completed. The invoice is sent to the email address given with the order.

    • Installment / Klarna Account (Klarna konto). Pay in installments. You receive a monthly invoice of all the purchases made with Klarna Account. Requires Klarna to approve of the customer and the delivery address. The goods are delivered to the nationally registered address (folkbokföringsadress). Klarna does a credit rating before the purchase is completed. Interest: 19.90%, arrangement fee: SEK 0, administration fee: SEK 29.

    • Card Payment. Card payment VISA or MasterCard with 3D Sercure. Select “Card Payment” and you will be redirected to DIBS where you enter your details.

    • Internet Bank. Pay directly through Nordea, Swedbank, Handelsbanken or SEB. Select “Internet Bank” in the checkout and you will be redirected to DIBS where you select your bank.

    • PayPal. Pay via your PayPal account or directly with MasterCard or Visa.

    • Card Payment with Collect at Our Warehouse. Payment in the card terminal in connection to collecting your goods. We accept only VISA and MasterCard. No cash.

    • PayPal. Pay via your PayPal account or directly with MasterCard or Visa.

    • Klarna (Finland, Denmark and Norway only). Invoice with 14 days of payment. Requires Klarna to approve of the customer and the delivery address. The goods are delivered to the nationally registered address (folkbokföringsadress). Klarna does a credit rating before the purchase is completed. The invoice is sent to the email address given with the order.

Prices
The prices shown in the webshop are preset to SEK including VAT. If you want to see the price excluding VAT, select it in the top right corner of this window (above the shopping cart).

Shipping cost will be added and depends on the product’s weight and size, the choice of shipping method, and delivery country. The total price is shown in the checkout after selecting the shipping method, before selecting payment method and completing purchase.

Invoice Payment
Invoice payment is handled by Klarna and the amount must be paid to Klarna and NOT Humlegårdens Ekolager AB. If the payment is late, Klarna will charge for reminders and penalty interest.

VAT Deduction
Sales to VAT registered companies in Denmark, Finland and other EU members has the VAT deducted from the price. This requires an approved VAT registration number.

Shipping

Delivery Time
The supplied delivery times are the estimated time from the placement of your order to the delivery. If the delivery time exceeds 30 days you have the right to cancel your order.

Change of Delivery Method
If any information required for the selected delivery method is missing, we stipulate the right to change the delivery method to another in the same price range. This applies, for example, if the address for DHL Package to a Business is missing a business address (including the name of the business)..

Terminal Rent
If DHL is not able to reach the customer to notify delivery, a terminal rent will be charged after the fourth day. The charge is based on the weight of the goods (see below) and is charged per day. The customer is contacted and charged after the package has returned or been delivered.

1 - 25 kg: SEK 49
26 - 500 kg: SEK 120
501 - 2500 kg: SEK 325

Delivery Methods
In the checkout, the customer can select the available delivery methods based on the content of the shopping cart. The price is calculated automatically based on the product’s weight, volume and what packaging it requires.

Switch Delivery Method or Address
To switch delivery method or address after the goods have been sent, a fee of SEK 200 will be charged.

Domestic

PostNord Letter

  • Delivered to your mailbox. If that is not possible, you will be notified that the package may be collected at the post office.

  • Shipping for orders up to 1 kg.

  • Estimated delivery time within Sweden is 1-3 workdays.

  • May also be delivered to Poste Restante in these locations.

PostNord MyPack

  • Delivered to a post office. When the package has arrived, the recipient will be notified by text, email or letter.

  • Shipping of one package up to 20 kg.

  • Estimated delivery time within Sweden is 1-3 workdays.

  • If you want the package delivered to a particular post office, you can mention it in the comment section when placing the order. Find your closest post office here.

  • May also be delivered to Poste Restante in these locations

DHL Servicepoint

  • Delivered to a post office/service point. When the package has arrived, the recipient will be notified by text, email or letter.

  • Shipping of one package up to 20 kg.

  • Estimated delivery time within Sweden is 1-3 workdays.

  • A better estimate of the delivery time may be obtained by putting in your and our postcode, 19279, here.

  • If you want the package delivered to a particular post office, you can mention it in the comment section when placing the order. Find your closest Service Point here.

DHL Package

  • Delivered without notification to companies and with notification to private persons.

  • Shipping for several packages up to 150 kg.

  • Estimated delivery time within Sweden is 1-3 workdays, depending on where in Sweden.

  • A better estimate of the delivery time may be obtained by putting in your and our postcode, 19279, here.

Note that the company name has to be included in the delivery address.

If the company is your own name, add "Sole proprietorship"/"Enskild firma” after.

For a private person using DHL Package, notification is required. You will be notified a day ahead of when DHL will deliver the package, workdays between 8-16.

It is also possible to have the package delivered to one of DHL's terminals. In that case, write it in the comment section when placing the order. Find your closest terminal here.

DHL Pallet

  • Delivered without notification to companies and with notification to private persons.

  • Shipping up to 600 kg per pallet.

  • Estimated delivery time within Sweden is 1-3 workdays, depending on where in Sweden.

  • A better estimate of the delivery time may be obtained by putting in your and our postcode, 19279, here.

Note that the company name has to be included in the delivery address.

If the company is your own name, add "Sole proprietorship"/"Enskild firma” after.

Exceptions/Disruptions: Visit DHL.se to find out what delivery time and method is available in your particular area (this is advised particularly if you live in a less trafficated area or on some islands). For example, it may be that DHL deliver only on certains days, that they don’t deliver there at all, or that the delivery time can be longer than expected. Call DHL at 0771-345 345 if it turns out that your postcode is impacted.

Other

Purchase Agreement
A purchase agreement is made between the seller and the customer when an order is placed in the web shop. The customer must be 18 years old to enter into the agreement.

Personal Records
Personal records are managed in agreement with the Personal Data Act (Personuppgiftslagen). They are used solely for the purpose of fulfilling our part of the purchase agreement, by delivering the purchased goods to the customer, and to follow up on the quality of our service.

Payment Liability
By checking the box for “I have read and accept the terms and conditions for this purchase and accept that this purchase includes a payment liability” the customer accepts the terms and conditions stated above and is thereby liable to pay when the order is completed.
