Golden brown, unhopped liquid malt extract (LME). Produced by step infusion mashing Weyermann® Pilsner Malt and Carapils®.
After mashing the wort is concentrated to a syrup of 72-79 % solids.
4 kg is enough for brewing 20-25 liters of beer.
Weyermann® Bavarian Pilsner Extract produces typical Bavarian Style Pils and Helles Lager beers as well as Light Maerzen, October Beers and Bock Beers.
