In addition, we are offering an OPTIONAL tri-clamp blow-off assembly that fits into the #7 stopper hole on the lid. The blow-off assembly is actually compatible with ALL FermenatorTM conicals we’ve ever built! It includes an elbow, 1” barbed fitting, and a ½” barbed fitting for CO2 pressurization of the unit for pumping the finished beer.
